In 2018, a family friend's baby daughter, Cora, died of a rare genetic disorder shortly before her second birthday. She had been looked after by a charity supporting neonatal and paediatric intensive care units. Zoë has raised money for the charity ever since and is now asking for donations instead of birthday gifts.
