This story
Yen has spent two years volunteering at Eden Valley Hospice, seeing the daily care provided to patients and families. To bring patients some festive joy and help them forget their worries, she decided to bake a detailed, doll's-house-sized gingerbread building with glowing windows and wreaths as the centrepiece of the hospice's Christmas display.
