In 1996, Vicki founded an after-school youth club in an old public toilet block in London after a nearby centre closed. Over the years, cooking sessions evolved into providing food parcels and meals for dozens of local families facing financial strain. The centre is now fundraising to convert its storeroom into a larger kitchen so more children can cook and eat.
