When finishing college, Toseef was quiet and found adjusting to new environments difficult. A mentor recommended an NHS supported internship with job coach support, where he created tools like translation sheets to help patients and earned an award. He now works in a permanent paid role as an engagement support worker and serves as a learning disability champion.
