This story
Tony was referred to Project Foundation as high-risk following two incidents. When a practitioner and an officer visited his home, he admitted he did not want things to continue as they were and was frightened of going to prison. He agreed to an assessment and remains engaged with the service for support with housing and preventing further police incidents.
