Campaign idea: Toni is getting girls into coding
When only three girls showed up to her coding club, Toni founded a charity to bring computing to girls across Scotland.
This story
As a new computing science teacher, Toni noticed only three girls attended her coding club because it felt male-dominated. After they agreed to return if it was all-girls and had chocolate, she looked into the gender gap across Scottish schools and launched dressCode. She now runs coding competitions, hackathons and school resources alongside her full-time teaching job.
