Tilly almost quit football after being left out of matches. Now she is thriving and competing with an inclusive team.

Tilly is autistic and deaf in her left ear, and nearly walked away from football when her team stopped picking her for matches. Her dad Luke found an inclusive disability squad where coaches welcomed her and rebuilt her confidence. She now plays regularly in the Sussex Disability Football League and recently helped her side win a pan-disability tournament.
