Campaign idea: Thomas is hiking 96 miles with his sons

Cancer surgery left Thomas with a titanium rod in his leg. Now he and his young sons are taking on a 96-mile trek.

This story

At 25, Thomas underwent radiotherapy and major surgery for cancer, losing two leg muscles and later breaking his femur due to brittle bone. He now has a titanium rod and screws holding his leg in place. In August 2027, he and his sons Elliott and Jasper plan to hike the 96-mile West Highland Way and climb Ben Nevis for Cornwall Hospice.
