Once facing the risk of home breakdown, Terry now explores his local area daily with the support of a dedicated team.
This story
Terry lives with profound and multiple learning disabilities and significant behaviour support needs. He was unhappy and in poor health before a personalised care team was built around him. Over the past year, he has started visiting local shops and the leisure centre almost daily, reduced his anti-psychotic medication, and begun making friends.
