Campaign idea: Subhan trains laboratory colleagues
Subhan started out on a hospital training rotation. Today he trains medical laboratory colleagues and mentors new students.
This story
Subhan began a training programme in 2021 that combined college work with rotations in catering and hospital laboratories. He impressed the clinical team and secured a full-time role as a medical laboratory assistant. He has since earned a promotion, trains colleagues in blood sample processing, and mentors students entering the programme.
