This story
After being made redundant from a job he held for 20 years, Stuart experienced depression and struggled to find work. He joined Grace Eyre in 2021, building new skills through training courses and working as a photography assistant. In October 2023, he moved into his own flat to live independently. He now volunteers behind the scenes at a charity shop, supports fellow tenants, and performs his poetry.
