Campaign idea: A team took on three peaks for Sarah
A team set out to climb three peaks in 24 hours in memory of Sarah, who died of stomach cancer.
This story
Sarah passed away from stomach cancer after spending the final two months of her life cared for by Rotherham Hospice. Because she loved being outdoors, a group planned to honour her memory by taking on the Three Peaks Challenge on 4 June. The challenge involves climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon within 24 hours to raise funds for the hospice and Cancer Research UK.
