This story
After a severe shoulder injury led to major repair surgery in 2025, rehabilitation proved difficult alongside the sudden death of their father. Following a recommendation from a wellbeing officer, they spent two separate weeks recovering at a treatment centre in Harrogate. With support from their physiotherapist, Marie, they regained confidence, returned to work duties, and got back into horse riding.
