Denise, Clare, Sally and Jayne work as nurses providing hospice care at St Gemma's Hospice. Jayne's husband Graham and father Peter both died after being cared for at the hospice, prompting her to take on her first hiking challenge. The four colleagues are preparing to walk miles across steep, uneven sections of the Great Wall of China to raise funds for the hospice.
