Children who would otherwise miss out on the arts get to experience the magic of a live theatre show.
This story
For many socio-economically disadvantaged children in Tower Hamlets, visiting the theatre is out of reach as school budgets tighten. Funding this visit allows a whole class to travel together and experience a professional live performance. Attending the show supports their language, communication, emotional literacy and wellbeing. Half Moon launched the Theatre Passport scheme in 2020 to provide free tickets to local schools and community groups.
