Campaign idea: He completed his first work experience
Struggling with low confidence and self-esteem, one young person built his resilience and completed his first retail work experience.
This story
After struggling with self-esteem, he was referred by his work coach to a youth support programme in September 2023. Weekly one-to-one sessions, confidence workshops and mental health awareness training helped him develop his resilience. He is now studying Level 2 English and has completed four weeks of work experience at a local store.
