Living without transport or internet, two jobseekers faced limited options until live-in hospitality work offered them independence.
This story
Living outside Wigton with no personal transport, no home internet and irregular bus routes, two jobseekers struggled to attend interviews. After receiving support with job applications and interview practice, they secured live-in hospitality roles in Pooley Bridge. They now work as a waitress and a kitchen porter, living in an on-site caravan and building independent living skills.
