This story
Steve struggled with alcohol and substance issues before receiving support from Changing Lives. He went on to work for the organisation as a key worker, spending years helping people with health barriers move into training, volunteering, and employment. He is now based back in Gateshead supporting residents who are furthest from the jobs market.
