Steve lives with his parents in Tredegar and manages Crohn’s disease, bowel problems, and anxiety. After being turned down for disability support, he became overwhelmed trying to request an extension over the phone. With help from an adviser to gather his medical records and submit an appeal, he attended his hearing with support and won the financial assistance he needed.
