Sophie turned to Rape Crisis England and Wales for support after experiencing sexual violence. The charity stood beside her through police reports, court proceedings and sleepless nights, helping her realise the shame was not hers to carry. In March 2027, she plans to walk 50 kilometres in the Bath Ultra Challenge to fund support for other survivors.
