Dealing with anxiety, depression and physical health issues, Siobhan felt isolated while caring for her six-year-old son. After being referred to the Community Hub, she received practical help with clothing and food support to ease financial strain. She began attending local activities, taking up boxing, rejoining face-to-face counselling and connecting with other parents at a local group.
