Sean built up the confidence to take public transport alone, run regular races, and move into a supported home.
This story
Sean attends ceramics and animal care sessions, cycles off-road, and trains weekly in running and football. With support, he learned to travel alone on public transport and moved into a supported living house. He recently completed a 2.5k inflatable run in Southampton to raise funds, and hopes to run a marathon with his dad.
