At 82 years old, Sarah strapped herself to the wing of a plane at speeds of up to 130mph to support Raystede and an animal charity she founded. She rallied support across Uckfield through her church, local shops and radio, earning a nomination for a local fundraiser of the year award. The charity continues to organise wing walks to raise funds for animals in need.
