This story
Weighing over 20 stone, Sam had never run more than a mile and had to sit down exhausted after playing with his sons for under a minute. He decided to get fitter for them, building stamina through his local parkrun and taking on longer charity runs. He is now preparing to take on the 2027 London marathon to support his work with Scripture Union.
