This story
Sam had been out of work for a while and began volunteering at a warehouse to rebuild confidence and routine. After learning how to test electrical items and inspect furniture, Sam began guiding newer volunteers and planning daily workloads. Eighteen months after that first afternoon, Sam moved into a paid team leader role overseeing the warehouse floor.
