Campaign idea: Ruby helps children build confidence
Ruby retired early from the police force with arthritis. Now she helps vulnerable young people build confidence.
This story
Ruby served with South Wales Police before arthritis ended her ridden career early. She moved to HorseWorld in August 2025 to live in a herd environment with specialist care. She now works from the ground in equine-assisted learning sessions, helping children develop confidence and trust.
