Campaign idea: Rose built confidence in the bakery
Rose worked through barriers with focus and impulsiveness to build confidence and practical skills on a supermarket bakery internship.
This story
Rose faced challenges with self-regulation, impulsiveness and sustaining focus over extended periods. During a supported internship at Asda across the bakery and pizza counter, she learned to operate machines, print labels and assist customers. She now has the option to progress to an adult college course alongside support from an employment team.
