Growing up as a military daughter in Portsmouth, Robynne experienced how deployments and uncertainty strained her family. Although determined not to marry into the armed forces, she fell in love with a sailor and became a military wife and mother. Now working as a mental health navigator, she uses her lived experience to support other service families navigating isolation and stress.
