Campaign idea: Robel is rebuilding his life
After fleeing war and sleeping rough in the UK, Robel received a laptop that helped him find shelter, study and rebuild.
This story
Robel arrived in the UK after fleeing civil war in Eritrea, but became homeless and struggled to navigate daily life without knowing English. Because he could not afford a device or internet access, finding accommodation and applying for work proved difficult. After receiving housing support and a laptop, he is now learning English, completing college assignments and applying for jobs.
