Campaign idea: Polly is rebuilding her life
Trapped by panic attacks after being exploited, Polly found safe housing, saw her abusers jailed, and began rebuilding her life.
This story
After police identified Polly as a victim of sexual exploitation, she struggled with severe panic attacks, distrust of others, and poor housing. Over two years, a navigator helped her secure safe accommodation, connect with mental health care, and face a court trial where her traffickers received a combined 25-year sentence. Today, Polly owns a puppy, volunteers weekly on a local farm, and is preparing to return to work toward becoming a social worker.
