Campaign idea: Paul is cooking for his community

After years of living quietly with his mother, Paul joined a community kitchen and found the confidence to cook independently.

This story

Paul lived a semi-reclusive life with his mother until she died in March 2020, having never had a job since leaving school at 16. With support from his extended family, he began living independently and took up a weekly volunteer shift at a community kitchen in Chelmsford. He now walks 40 minutes each way to prepare meals and is working with employment services towards finding paid kitchen work.

What your brand could do

Kit Paul out with professional kitchen wear and cover his travel to shifts as he works towards a paid kitchen job.
