Campaign idea: Paul added defibrillators in St Agnes

Working as a paramedic and parish councillor in St Agnes, Paul discovered there were only ten known defibrillators in his community. He sought grants, secured discounted charity rates and rallied local residents and businesses to raise funds. Defibrillator coverage across the parish increased by 75 percent, with the new units registered to help in an emergency.
