Facing expensive qualifications and unpaid entry routes into theatre, Olivia needed a paid path into the industry. She is now one year into a two-year assistant production manager apprenticeship at Chichester Festival Theatre. Along with earning technical drawing qualifications, she is taking on more responsibility delivering large-scale productions.
