As a student diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, Nina struggled to balance heavy school tasks with taking breaks to avoid fatigue. Past bullying about her natural hair and worry about university had also knocked her self-esteem. Through wellbeing sessions, she built a balanced study timetable, learned calming strategies, and grew more confident in her abilities.
