Campaign idea: Negar steps out on her own
Leaving the house once kept Negar awake with anxiety. Today she navigates public spaces on her own with confidence.
This story
Negar first found support over five years ago when staying in a safe house. When community sessions started during the pandemic, the thought of leaving home and facing people felt overwhelming. Through regular creative and well-being activities, she found safety in a supportive group and now feels comfortable going out alone.
