Campaign idea: Neesha is mentoring young people
Neesha grew up in care without feeling heard. Now, she is mentoring young people through the challenges she once faced.
This story
Neesha entered care at ten years old and felt isolated without support during school and her transition to independent living. At 18, she joined a programme where her mentor advocated for her with housing issues and helped her build confidence. After completing an internship, she secured a permanent role supporting young people with their wellbeing.
