Musa fled war and arrived alone in a hostel. Now he has found friendship, language classes and a place to belong.
This story
After losing a family member to war in the Middle East, former university lecturer Musa left his home country to find safety. When he arrived in the UK, he was placed alone in a hostel before connecting with a support group. He joined English classes, bonded with others over table tennis, and hopes to become a volunteer himself.
