After being diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, 23-year-old apprentice electrician Mia signed up to skydive from 10,000 feet alongside her sister Georgie and best friend Mia. The trio took on the jump to raise funds and awareness for the National Kidney Federation, where Mia also volunteers as a peer supporter. The charity continues to operate its free helpline and peer support network for people affected by kidney disease across the UK.
