Campaign idea: Melanie takes on the New York Marathon
Melanie is not a natural runner, but she is tackling the New York Marathon to thank the hospice that cared for her father.
This story
Rowcroft Hospice provided end-of-life care and support to Melanie's father and her family. Although she does not consider herself a natural runner, she began training in January to tackle the 26.2-mile New York Marathon with her husband. She has been steadily building up her miles to give back to the hospice.
