Campaign idea: Lynda has a warm home again
After more than a year without heating or hot water, Lynda can finally welcome her 101-year-old mother into a warm home.

Cancer survivor Lynda lived for over a year without central heating or hot water after her boiler broke, relying on a small electric heater and kettles at the sink. A routine check by the local fire and rescue service connected her with a social prescribing team who helped secure a replacement boiler. With warmth and hot water restored, her 101-year-old mother is able to visit her again.
