Lucas was excluded from nursery at age two. Now he is thriving and making friends at mainstream school.
This story
At two and a half, Lucas was excluded from nursery due to behaviours that challenge and high needs, and he was completely pre-verbal. His parents attended BeyondAutism sessions to learn how to support his development and set limits, turning their home into an extension of the classroom with visual boards. Today, Lucas attends a mainstream school where he is affectionate, doing well in his academics and able to express himself.
