Lloyd started gambling at 15 on a chip shop fruit machine and spent 17 years caught in an addiction that brought debt, depression and isolation. In October 2018, he entered a rehab programme in Herefordshire to address the reasons behind his gambling. Reaching over a year gamble-free, he is now rebuilding his self-confidence and taking life day by day.
