Seven-year-old Lexi found concentrating and understanding her emotions hard, and calming her brain at bedtime felt like a battle. Her mother Linsie reached out for advice from a sleep practitioner and started borrowing books and sensory toys to support her attention and hyperactivity condition. With consistent routines and shared reading, Lexi is sleeping better and now calls her condition her superpower.
