At the start of the year, Lauren lost her nannan to cancer. Rotherham Hospice cared for her with dignity and made sure she was surrounded by the people she loved while supporting the whole family. In her nannan's memory, Lauren is handcrafting comfort hearts to raise funds and donate to families facing a loved one's final moments.
