Campaign idea: Kiebron stepped into design management
Kiebron sought out every opportunity while studying architecture, turning an open day connection into a role in design management.
This story
Supported by Drive Forward since 2019, Kiebron balanced her architecture degree with part-time work. In October 2025, an open day led to a structured work experience placement with site visits and project workshops. After completing her Phase 1 degree, she was offered a paid internship in a design management team, which began in January 2026.
