Campaign idea: Kenzie earned an award from his club
Once shy and quiet, Kenzie found his confidence through community football and earned recognition from his favourite club.
This story
Kenzie joined local community football sessions as a shy teenager looking to make friends and improve his communication. Over several years with the programme, he grew in confidence, joined the stadium ball crew, and took up refereeing. While studying in the sixth form and aiming for a career in sport, he was surprised with a community award by the first-team head coach.
