This story
Kent began attending a hospice neuro support group in 2019 for support with motor neurone disease. Knowing how alienating and shocking the diagnosis can feel, he began helping new attendees settle into the group. He now acts as an informal buddy, encouraging newcomers to talk openly about what they are experiencing.
