This story
After her mother died, Katie struggled with grief and looked for a way to channel it into something positive. She planned a series of long-distance runs, including a 53-kilometre trail run collecting litter, followed by a multi-day attempt to run around Dorset. She chose to take on the challenges dressed in a glittery green pickle costume to fundraise for neonatal equipment.
