Campaign idea: Kathy is speaking out on cancer
After surviving stage 3 vaginal cancer, Kathy is sharing her story across Manchester to break the stigma.
This story
In December 2020, Kathy was diagnosed with stage 3 vaginal cancer after finding a lump. She underwent seven hours of surgery along with intense chemotherapy and radiotherapy during lockdown.
