After a broken shoulder kept Kate off rough paths, she set out to create an accessible trail around her local nature reserve.

After breaking her shoulder, Kate spent months in severe pain and could no longer walk on unmade trails at Cold Springs reserve. Now mostly recovered, she realised how many people are permanently limited to the reserve's single accessible route. She is fundraising to help build an accessible path around the top of the reserve.
